Vendor Application

We are NO LONGER accepting VENDOR applications for our 2019 Winter Bazaar. ALL VENDOR SPOTS ARE FULL. This event will be Sunday, December 1st in the YWCA Ballroom, 1026 North Forest Street, from 11-4. This event is 100% vegan.

Space is limited. We only have room for about 10 bazaar vendors (one table each), so please be as thorough in your application as possible, so we can select the best matches for this particular event. Bazaar vendor spaces are $20. Priority will be given to Whatcom County businesses. Since there will be a bake sale fundraiser we will not be inviting vendors with ready-made food. We appreciate any baked food donations and will happily share your support on social media.

We request environmentally responsible packaging, to the best of your ability, and again, this is an entirely vegan event. Please email with any additional questions. If you run a business, feel free to leave your preferred URL link so we can network your business on social media, if selected.

Set up is from 9-10:45, and break down is from 4-6. Please do not break down before the event ends and give yourself plenty of time to set up before the event starts. To avoid the stairs, there is loading/unloading in the alley, but please leave the alley parking spaces for those with special accessibility needs. Please let us know if you need a table. We have a few spares, chairs are supplied.
